Shipping Policy

Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days after your order is received. Order processing takes place Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Please note: Any orders placed within the state of California are subject to sales tax.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products being sold, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. We will be more than happy to replace any products that arrive broken or damaged. Please contact us immediately and we will send out a replacement once the damaged products are returned.

Product Availability

Occasionally products will be backordered, temporarily out of stock or discontinued. If this is the case with any product/products you have ordered, we will contact you promptly and let you know the status of your order.
